Within the framework of the ALIMENTERRE festival, ACED gave an interview to the French Committee for International Solidarity (CFSI). During this interview published by the CFSI, ACED shared its experiences on the water hyacinth composting initiative for healthy food products. Through this innovation, ACED supports market gardeners in composting this plant to produce without chemical fertilizers.
